FIA rainlight for universal applications.
Red LEDs are arranged in a 5 x 3 grid pattern (horizontal mounting), with the 2-conductor cable coming out the back of the unit. The backside has two stainless steel studs ( M6 threads ) for mounting. The back of the housing is covered with a 3mm thick foam pad to absorb vibration.
This is a vertical mount unit. (ask for horizontal mount) It’s the light with a wiring pigtail, you must have it wired by a shop (this is not plug and play), and due to the variety of installation applications, we do not offer wiring diagrams with this. We strongly suggest have a professional shop proficient in automotive wiring do the installation.

Runs on 9 to 16 volts DC power and draws just 250mA at 13.5 volts.
Tested by BSi and homologated by the FIA in 2010 this light meets all requirements including minimum size, light intensity, viewing angle, heat resistance and prolonged use reliability. The design has also been made robust to withstand the harsh environment of the race car whilst maintaining a small size and low weight. This is the vertical mount version. This Rain Light has two modes of operation:
Brake Light On/Off
Flashing On/Off (4Hz)
