This is our stud conversion kit for all Alfa Romeo Giulia, Stelvio and Quadrifoglio models. Over the last 5 years we’ve outfitted Alfa 4C’s and Giulia’s with these, and they are proven performers on Alfa9 track cars. The extra durable threads give you the confidence you need when flogging a 500 hp Giulia at the track! From our personal experience rally racing, these kits are made to handle whatever you can through at them.

Digging deeper, these are not your standard lug conversion kit— but professional motorsport grade hardened steel studs made with the most precise threads and tolerances you can get. Using data from Alfa Romeo FCA, the thread inserts on the hub size are cut to be the most perfect match possible to the hubs, giving a more precise fit than any other stud available. Then the lugnuts are thread matched in the same factory to the studs.

We selected copper for its racing heritage and durability — originating with the Lancia World Rally Team in the 80’s on the Group B 037’s and Delta Integrale, the coppered lugs withstand as much heat as you can throw at them without binding or galling. This feature is particularly useful on Giulia and Stelvio QV models with steel rotors that put a high heat strain on all components.

These same kits are currently used worldwide by motorsport teams. Rolled threads are stronger than cut titanium threads, and these will outlast every other set of studs on the market.
